We accept returns only in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong product delivered

🚚 Shipping Policy

    • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation

    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

    • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via SMS / Email / WhatsApp.

πŸ“Œ Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

πŸ“ Delivery Coverage

  • We currently ship across India

  • International shipping is not available at the moment

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp

  • You can track your order anytime using the provided tracking ID

🚫 Undelivered / RTO Orders

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept delivery

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • In case of prepaid orders, refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges

  • Once the return is approved and product is received & inspected

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund mode:

  • Prepaid orders β†’ refunded to original payment method

  • COD orders β†’ refunded via bank transfer / UPI

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene & safety reasons, we do not accept returns if:

  • Product is used or damaged after delivery

  • Return request is raised after 48 hours

  • Minor color variation (due to screen lighting)

  • Change of mind / personal preference


🚚 Return Pickup

  • In some locations, reverse pickup may not be available

  • In such cases, customers may need to self-ship the product

  • Return shipping cost will be informed during approval
